Your role

- Independent processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable - Preparation and execution of payment transactions - Preparation, checking and dispatch of outgoing invoices - Invoicing projects as well as service and license agreements - Ensuring tax compliance for invoices - Monitoring incoming payments and carrying out the dunning process - Travel expense reports - Internal and external communication and correspondence with national and international customers - Reliable vacation replacement for office management

As an office administrator (f/m/d) you are the organizational backbone of our company and the warm face as well as the trustworthy voice we appreciate. You support our team in administrative and organizational matters, ensure a smooth flow in the office routine and bring harmony and efficiency to the daily routine through your organizational skills and your flair for people.

In your consulting internship, you will play a valuable role in connecting costdata with our world-renowned clients. You will work with us in the automotive, energy, engineering and materials sectors, supporting our client projects through research and analysis.

As a Consultant (m/f/d) you will play a crucial role in the intersection between costdata and our internationally renowned clients. You will work closely with our clients to effectively implement our consulting services and help optimize product and service costs.

Your tasks

What we expect

- Successfully completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on finance/accounting

- Professional experience in accounting

- Precise working methods and a high sense of responsibility when dealing with figures

- Confident handling of MS Office, especially good knowledge of Excel and Lexware or similar finance and accounting software

- Fluent German and good written and spoken English

- Ability to work in a team and make arrangements with other departments
